Responsibilities:

- Supporting individual franchise locations with store-level marketing and customer engagement efforts
Requirements:
- Marketing expertise, including Field Marketing, Campaign Planning, and Community Engagement
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Knowledge of Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Content Development
- Proficiency in Communication, Collaboration, and Project Management
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to travel within assigned regions and work on-site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or franchise industries
