About this role
Pacvue is seeking an AI & data focused intern to partner with the Analytics team to analyze text data from customer calls using AI. The intern will review customer call data to assess client retention and inform Customer Success strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Analytics team to analyze text data from customer calls using AI
- Review existing Gong customer call data and build upon several early-stage models to determine whether existing clients will churn or renew
- Work with CS and data engineering to find data surrounding key customers to evaluate
- Run models through Claude to determine which approaches produce the most predictive outcomes
- Create PowerPoints to summarize the results of the project for management
- Suggest changes to the process to improve and strengthen existing models and data practices
Requirements:
- Background or coursework in data, analytics, math, computer science, business, or a related field
- Interest in data analysis and AI applications
- Familiarity with tools like Excel; SQL or similar is a plus
- Experience or comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills for presenting insights
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Location/Time Zone Preference: United States - Pacific Time Zone preferred
