The HR Business Partner role focuses on enhancing HR operations, driving data-informed decision-making, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and people outcomes across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence by supporting and optimizing HR processes across Corporate Services, improving efficiency and consistency in North America
- Develop and deliver targeted HR training programs that strengthen capability, elevate advisory skills, and improve team effectiveness
- Enhance performance management and talent workflows by identifying gaps and implementing scalable process improvements
- Maintain high integrity of HR systems and employee data by auditing records and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations
- Generate and interpret HR analytics, dashboards, and metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce outcomes
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to advance inclusion initiatives that improve employee engagement and representation
- Ensure adherence to U.S. employment laws and internal policies, reducing risk and strengthening compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR leadership to align regional execution with global HR strategy and priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve HR tools, systems, and workflows, contributing to continuous innovation and scalability
- Support cross-functional HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting techniques
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining data accuracy
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and U.S. employment regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience or exposure to employee relations practices
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and prioritization ability
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools, learning systems such as Articulate, or labor relations
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
