Staff Product Manager-FPandA

Yum! Brands is seeking a talented and driven Staff Product Manager to join their team and take ownership of the product strategy for Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS. The role involves enabling advanced planning and forecasting capabilities while partnering with FP&A teams to deliver iterative enhancements and drive the product's success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product roadmap for planning and analysis solutions
• Partner with FP&A teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Manage backlog and prioritize features to maximize business value
• Champion agile and scrum practices across technical and business teams
• Track KPIs and drive continuous optimization of planning processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Deep understanding of FP&A processes and planning systems
• Experience with financial systems and working closely with FP&A teams
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS or similar tools
• Strong leadership and product management skills in agile settings
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives
• Experience in enterprise-scale planning transformations
• Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)
