Sailpoint Engineer

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Sailpoint Engineer to assist in the implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow. The role involves configuring SailPoint modules, troubleshooting identity lifecycle processes, and documenting flows and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the vendor with configuring SailPoint IdentityNow modules (Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Certifications)
• Be able to troubleshoot, resolve and test the identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver), birthright access, and triggered changes (e.g., department/role updates)
• Configure RBAC/ABAC models, Access Profiles, Entitlements, roles, and SoD policies, with compensating controls where needed
• Implement out-of-the-box and custom connectors for Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Workday/Oracle, Epic/Cerner (if applicable), ServiceNow, Salesforce, Delinea PAM, AWS/Azure/GCP
• Configure provisioning workflows, attribute mappings, and account aggregation; tune reconciliation to reduce orphaned accounts
• Document flows and processes

Requirements:

• Prior SailPoint implementation and integration experience
• Experience configuring SailPoint IdentityNow modules (Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Certifications)
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve and test identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver), birthright access, and triggered changes (e.g., department/role updates)
