Virtelligence is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise Microsoft 365 and cloud transformation initiatives for large healthcare organizations. This role requires a seasoned leader who can manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects while ensuring successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 implementations, including licensing, configuration, and best practices
- Management of complex healthcare IT projects across discovery, design, build, testing, go-live, and optimization
- Cloud migration initiatives, including data migration from legacy systems and network drives to cloud platforms
- Coordination across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams in a healthcare environment
- Integration of third-party applications with enterprise cloud and storage solutions
- Oversight of project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocation
- Drive project execution using structured project management methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams through implementation, testing, and deployment phases
- Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance, governance, and data security standards
- Manage stakeholder communication at both executive and operational levels
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Project Online, and Excel for tracking and reporting
Requirements:
- 7+ years of IT project management experience
- Proven experience managing projects in healthcare or regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 implementations and licensing models
- Strong understanding of full project lifecycle delivery
- Experience with data migration to cloud environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Strong communication skills with experience supporting both strategic and tactical initiatives
- Experience with healthcare applications and clinical systems
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks in healthcare
- Experience with system administration, application support, or infrastructure environments
- Exposure to backup, storage, and enterprise data management solutions
