Crossover is seeking a Growth Marketing Director for gt.school, an innovative K–8 education provider. The role focuses on transforming demand into sustainable enrollment growth by designing and managing the enrollment funnel, developing marketing strategies, and leading experimentation to enhance conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion performance, and customer acquisition cost
- Creating and executing ongoing experimentation to surface and resolve critical conversion obstacles
- Developing the annual marketing strategy spanning virtual, campus, and summer programs, covering positioning, segmentation, channel strategy, budget planning, and performance targets
- Building a rapid-execution system that delivers consistently through external agencies, freelance partners, and marketing platforms
- Collaborating directly with enrollment and school teams to convert family insights into more precise messaging and higher-performing creative assets
- Design and manage a full-funnel growth engine that transforms existing demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the defining brand in gifted K–8 education
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience driving full-funnel marketing strategy and measurable results in startup, technology, or high-growth settings
- Proven accountability for concrete conversion metrics including enrollments, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates
- Strong analytical skills in funnel diagnostics with a history of identifying problems and prioritizing impactful solutions
- Experience establishing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at the organizational level
- Demonstrated ability to create and oversee scalable execution systems utilizing agencies, freelancers, and marketing technology
- Capacity to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote position based in the United States
