Customer Service Representative

FetchJobs.co is representing Domino's Tooele, a leading pizza delivery and takeout franchise dedicated to exceptional food and service. They are seeking enthusiastic customer service representatives to ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient service for customers ordering via phone, online, or in person.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting with placing orders via phone, online, or in person
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems and order management software
• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Handling cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash registers at the end of shifts
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, counters, and equipment
• Assisting in food preparation and packaging as needed to support overall store operations
• Stocking ingredients and supplies, and assisting with inventory management
• Following safety, sanitation, and quality control standards at all times
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• You must be at least 16 years old or older
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making correct change
• Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
