Resonaite is seeking a contract-based Campaign Delivery Manager (Marketing) responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across owned channels. The role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize campaign initiatives and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns from intake/brief through execution and launch across owned channels
- Partner with Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaign initiatives
- Develop and manage campaign execution plans, timelines, resourcing, and governance
- Act as SME for owned channels, providing strategic input on campaign tactics and delivery approaches
- Manage dependencies across creative, development, QA, and deployment teams to ensure seamless execution
- Drive prioritization of campaign deliverables based on business impact, timelines, and resource availability
- Perform QA throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment to requirements
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs (timelines, defects, rework), and recommend process improvements
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delivery delays
- Optimize campaign delivery processes, workflows, and efficiencies across teams
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders and resolve delivery challenges in real time
