Nirvana is a company focused on healthcare technology, and they are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts to lead and grow relationships with key enterprise clients. This role involves managing the full customer lifecycle, engaging with executive stakeholders, and driving account growth and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall strategy, health, and growth of a large enterprise healthcare account
- Serve as the executive-level relationship owner, engaging with senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Lead complex onboarding and launch efforts, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful execution
- Develop and execute an annual account growth strategy focused on expansion, new use cases, and increased revenue
- Own and exceed revenue targets for the account, including retention and expansion goals
- Identify, scope, and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales, Product, and other teams
- Use data and insights to monitor adoption, forecast growth, identify risks, and inform strategic decisions
- Navigate and influence complex organizational dynamics within a large healthcare client
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, prioritization, and go-to-market strategy
- Mentor and provide guidance to more junior account managers as needed
