EleonsCo is looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about games and understands the nuances of game feel and player psychology. The role involves designing intuitive game interfaces with a strong focus on UI animation and collaboration with engineers to enhance player experience.
Responsibilities:
- Designs polished, intuitive game interfaces and systems
- Has a strong focus on UI animation, transitions, and interaction feedback
- Understands game loops, player retention, and UX in live games
- Can collaborate directly with engineers and assist with implementation
- Thinks in systems, not just screens
- Cares deeply about feel, responsiveness, and interaction timing
Requirements:
- Designs polished, intuitive game interfaces and systems
- Has a strong focus on UI animation, transitions, and interaction feedback
- Understands game loops, player retention, and UX in live games
- Can collaborate directly with engineers and assist with implementation
- Thinks in systems, not just screens
- Cares deeply about feel, responsiveness, and interaction timing
- 3+ years UI/UX experience (game industry preferred)
- Strong motion design skills (After Effects, Figma, or in-engine tools)
- Understanding of frontend or in-engine implementation (Roblox, Unity, Unreal, etc.)
- Ability to design with performance and scalability in mind
- Light scripting or game dev experience
