Technical Project Manager

Provisions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a growing Data & Analytics team within a healthcare services environment. This role will lead initiatives related to modernizing the data platform and driving high-impact analytics projects that support clinical and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives, including migration to Snowflake
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Translate business and clinical requirements into actionable project plans and technical deliverables
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained, including alignment with HIPAA
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively drive mitigation strategies
• Support data validation, testing, and migration quality assurance processes
• Drive stakeholder communication, including executive-level reporting and status updates
• Facilitate adoption of new data platforms and tools through training and change management efforts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on data, analytics, or data platform initiatives
• Proven experience leading or supporting data warehouse or cloud data platform migrations (preferably to Snowflake)
• Strong understanding of data architecture concepts, including ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data modeling
• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries with sensitive data
• Familiarity with healthcare data workflows, clinical operations, or healthcare analytics
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Fivetran, or Airflow
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience supporting analytics use cases related to clinical operations, patient outcomes, staffing, or post-acute care
• Background in telemedicine or distributed care environments
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications
