Offshore Launch is a staffing agency that specializes in helping small business owners scale their operations with the top 1% of global remote talent. The Marketing & Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in supporting client companies by managing outbound marketing efforts, nurturing relationships with private equity firms and HR directors, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Run warm Linkedin outreach to the founder's connections and identify warm paths into target accounts via Sales Navigator
- Own outbound nurture sequences to private equity firms and HR directors, written in the founder's voice at executive grade
- Manage the relationship CRM in Go High Level - who's been touched, what the next step is, what's stale
- Draft thought leadership posts and comments on the founder's Linkedin that reflect Contractor CRO positioning (turnaround sales, leadership vacuums)
- Set up and maintain lead attribution across Linkedin, YouTube, podcast and inbound channels so we know what is actually working
- Manage podcast guest booking outreach and prep
- Maintain brand and messaging consistency across the website, decks, and client-facing assets
- Pivot strategy when needed. This is marketing - test, test, test
Requirements:
- 3+ years in marketing, BD or sales operations role for a B2B services business
- Proven ability to write executive-presence English copy - Linkedin posts, cold emails, sales collateral (not AI generated)
- Strong critical thinker who can push back on ideas with reasoning, and hold their own in a strategy conversation without needing to lead it
- Self directed operator who identifies what needs to happen, executes, and brings drafts for approval rather than waiting for instructions
- Bring recommendations - comfortable telling the founder why an idea won't work and proposing a better one, with reasoning
- Detail obsesses across spelling, formatting, and brand consistency - sloppiness costs deals
- Working knowledge of Go High Level (or similar platform) and Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Available 6AM to 3PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday
