Badge is the infrastructure layer for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and they are seeking a VP of Product Marketing to define the category and build the system that makes Badge the obvious choice. This role will involve shaping market understanding of wallet infrastructure and driving strategic initiatives that influence product direction and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Create and evolve pitch decks, vertical one-pagers, case studies, executive summaries, competitive battlecards, ROI frameworks, and objection-handling guides
- Define how Badge shows up across segments, translating narrative into vertical- and buyer-specific positioning with a clear right to win
- Design assets in Pitch, Figma, and Badge’s Revenue OS as modular systems sales can tailor
- Stay close to the deal cycle by observing calls, identifying objections, and refining materials that move the pipeline
- Own the editorial and content calendar
- Write LinkedIn posts, blog posts, and thought leadership
- Create campaign and nurture content
- Translate product updates into clear narratives
- Repurpose insights across channels
- Make Badge the clearest, most credible voice in an emerging category
- Develop positioning and messaging
- Create launch assets and enablement
- Coordinate across product, sales, and marketing
- Ensure launches drive comprehension, adoption, and pipeline
- Build joint narratives with partners
- Develop partner enablement materials
- Turn customer wins into case studies and reference stories
- Support coordinated announcements and co-marketing
- Partner with design to create scalable asset systems
- Create wallet pass mockups for deals
- Build and maintain pages in Webflow
- Maintain visual consistency across assets
- Define requirements with product and engineering
- Tune prompts and workflows
- Maintain brand consistency
- Improve output quality over time
Requirements:
- 7+ years in product marketing or related roles in enterprise SaaS
- experience marketing technical products to enterprise buyers
- ability to communicate to both business and technical audiences
- exceptional writing ability
- systems thinking and workflow design
- comfort with AI tools, APIs, scripts, and prompts
- experience building AI-driven marketing workflows
- proficiency in Claude and ChatGPT
- working knowledge of Figma and Webflow
- experience building modular marketing systems
