They are seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to support data-driven marketing decisions by transforming client and campaign performance data into actionable insights, collaborating with various teams to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing performance across campaigns, channels, audiences, and messages to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Provide experience in working with marketing stakeholders to turn business requirements into actionable technical specifications and drive data segmentation/personalization
- Assist stakeholders in the design and execution of test‑and‑learn approaches (e.g., A/B tests, holdouts, etc.) to evaluate the true impact of marketing initiatives
- Deliver insights through to clear recommendations and next steps
- Work with internal teams to build and maintain dashboards and self‑service reporting that enable marketers and leaders to quickly understand performance and make informed decisions
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to support planning, optimization, and post‑campaign readouts with data‑backed insights
- Collaborate with analytics, data, and marketing operations partners to improve measurement frameworks, automation, and scalability of reporting
- Contribute to building a data‑driven marketing culture, promoting best practices in measurement, experimentation, and insight generation
- Work closely with data analysts, product teams, marketing strategists to align insights with business priorities and ensure analyses support decision‑making across teams
