The Product Support Manager will focus on enabling programs across the Gemini App, Labs, and Google DeepMind Products, supporting various projects aimed at enhancing user engagement and optimizing product services.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cross-functional initiatives that transform user feedback into actionable product strategies, ensuring a unified and consistent user experience
- Navigate and deconstruct complex, undefined problems into actionable work streams with clear ownership and milestones
- Identify and drive recommendations for operational frameworks that scale program capabilities, driving cross-functional execution to eliminate bottlenecks
- Develop and scale tooling solutions for in-depth data analysis across non-standard user feedback sources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role
- Experience in leadership and stakeholder management with the ability to work with engineering/product teams on related tools and systems implementations
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaging priorities while working separately to drive projects to completion with little guidance and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management
- Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with business judgment and the ability to present to executive decision makers in a clear and compelling manner
