TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services. They are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers with problem resolutions related to their insurance on auto leases and loans.

Responsibilities:

Calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance
Assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met
Verifying insurance with agents
Uploading information to company's internal website
Leaving scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone

Requirements:

High School Diploma
1+ year of Customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish & English
Ability to type 30 WPM
Comfort level that they WILL be on the phones all day long
