Creator Success Associate

Markable AI is a platform built for creators, helping them increase affiliate income and grow sustainable businesses. They are seeking a Creator Success Associate to support creators in the Boosting Program by maximizing content performance and discovering new income opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of creators
• Onboard new creators, ensuring they understand program requirements and expectations
• Support creators through the boosting lifecycle - from content submission to live ads and performance optimization
• Review submissions, confirm tracking accuracy, and coordinate with the ads team
• Monitor ROI, ad spend, and campaign results, sharing insights and recommendations
• Provide feedback on underperforming content and suggest new formats, products, or strategies
• Build strong creator relationships that encourage consistent performance and long-term growth
• Educate creators on Markable’s broader tools (affiliate links, Auto DMs, brand deals)
• Track communications, results, and engagement in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (ads, product, app support) to resolve issues and improve workflows
