ShiftOS is a company focused on revolutionizing healthcare operations through AI technology. As a Product Marketing Intern, you will manage the organic search presence for Holly, the AI agent, by conducting keyword research and creating optimized content to attract healthcare operators and administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research focused on healthcare scheduling, workforce management, and adjacent pain points (call-off management, nurse scheduling, staff compliance, etc.)
- Build and maintain a keyword map aligned to Holly's buyer personas and funnel stages
- Audit existing web content for on-page SEO gaps and implement improvements to titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and page structure
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content performance; report on what is working and where to double down
- Write and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and comparison pages targeting healthcare operator searches
- Develop bottom of funnel content such as competitor comparison pages and use case landing pages designed to convert organic visitors into leads
- Collaborate with the GTM team to ensure content aligns with Holly's positioning and messaging
- Monitor competitor SEO strategies, what they rank for, where their content gaps are, and where ShiftOS has an opportunity to outflank them organically
- Identify emerging search trends in healthcare workforce management and surface content opportunities before competitors do
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, on page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and basic technical SEO
- Strong writing skills with the ability to write for both humans and search engines without sacrificing quality
- Analytical mindset, comfortable pulling data, spotting trends, and translating them into action
- Intellectual curiosity about AI, healthcare operations, and B2B SaaS
