LHH is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their Digital Technologies Group, focusing on Workday initiatives. The role involves managing project scope, schedules, and documentation while ensuring timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, strategy, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Manage project schedules, task assignments, and end‑to‑end documentation
- Lead team meetings and act as the primary liaison between vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Monitor risks proactively, maintain risk registers, and implement solutions as needed
- Track budgets, monitor costs, and deliver regular status and progress reports
- Ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams while adapting to changing requirements
- Take detailed meeting minutes, draft project plans, and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience with the Workday application (required)
- Proven project management experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira or MS Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident decision-maker in dynamic environments
