Senior Project Manager - Remote

Kforce Inc is seeking a highly driven Senior Project Manager to lead the rollout of an enhanced problem-management practice across varying areas. This role is responsible for driving accountability, tracking value delivered, and ensuring recurring issues are resolved, while operating at a senior level and leading conversations with VP leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead recurring problem-management meetings with senior leadership (including VP level)
• Track And Report On
• What issues are being fixed Ownership and accountability Past-due items and escalations Business value delivered from resolved problems Drive follow-up and execution across multiple teams without direct authority Partner closely with functional leaders to ensure problems are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved Ensure consistent communication, transparency, and cadence around progress and outcomes Help reduce recurring incidents and level of effort by driving disciplined problem resolution Establish a scalable foundation for future AI-enabled problem identification and automation

Requirements:

• Strong background in project management, operations, problem management, or similar execution-focused roles
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
• Proven ability to lead meetings, drive accountability, and escalate when necessary
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in high-visibility environments
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to push initiatives forward independently
• Experience tracking outcomes and value delivery
• Experience with problem management, incident management, or operational transformation
• Exposure to supply chain, retail, or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity or interest in AI-enabled operations or automation
