LHH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the global implementation of Avature ATS, focusing on recruiting and onboarding. The role involves managing project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful adoption of workflows globally.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end Avature ATS implementation, from planning through go‑live and post‑launch support
- Own project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Partner cross‑functionally with HR, IT, Security, and external consultants
- Oversee system configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, and deployment activities
- Manage Workday integrations in collaboration with IT and vendors
- Drive parallel testing, UAT, and end‑to‑end validation to ensure readiness
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and support informed decision‑making
- Ensure successful adoption of recruiting and onboarding workflows globally
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise HR technology environments
- Hands-on experience implementing Avature (ATS/Onboarding strongly preferred)
- Prior experience implementing or integrating Workday (ATS, Onboarding, or HCM)
- Experience leading large-scale global projects (10,000+ employee environments preferred)
- Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, and vendor-management skills
- PMP or similar certification preferred
