- Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism
- Aim to resolve concerns on the first contact through proactive problem‑solving
- Communicate effectively and respectfully across all interactions
- De‑escalate challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Log interaction details accurately for quality and reporting purposes
- Share feedback on recurring call‑related concerns
- Recommend additional products or services when relevant
- Contribute to a positive, service‑oriented culture
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute
- Comfort with desktop systems and Windows‑based tools
- Minimum 15 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload speeds
- Stable connection with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed is required
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- College degree is a plus but not required
