Technical Project Manager

HTC Global Services is a company focused on delivering innovative technology solutions, and they are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee IT projects and ensure successful delivery. The role involves planning, coordinating, and tracking projects while managing multidisciplinary teams and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts planning, coordination, and tracking of information technology projects and full lifecycle tasks; examples include assess customer requirements and advise on appropriate solutions; identify technology solutions and conduct assessment of fit; identify resources; facilitate and direct multidisciplinary teams; plan, develop schedules using project management systems, assess risks, track progress, develop dashboards, and coordinate resources; manage solution vendor/implementer tasks, estimate costs and manage project budgets; report on project progress
• Provides analysis and consultation and works with county IT staff in development of appropriate supporting infrastructure and all integration issues to include security and recovery

Requirements:

• Managing teams / projects that delivered Microsoft technologies in the areas of SharePoint custom development and maintenance
• SharePoint Online
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and related Microsoft 365 technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong documentation and communication skills
