Project structuring & conception: In collaboration with the customer, you understand the target vision and expectations and translate them into clear implementation requirements and an ambitious yet realistic project plan.
Onboarding & rollout: From kickoff to successful go‑live, you coordinate internal teams and the customer according to your project plan.
Customer expectations & product alignment: As the central customer-facing contact, you develop into a product and customer expert.
Stakeholder management: As the primary point of contact for the customer, you ensure a transparent flow of information.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B Customer Success, project management, or in a medical-technical environment, ideally within HealthTech.
Experience in a hospital setting is an advantage.
Experience in project management and an understanding of software development, quality and testing processes; confident working with agile and traditional methodologies.
Strong service orientation, professional customer manner, and the ability to communicate complex technical content clearly and understandably.
Confident, cooperative presence and experience in stakeholder and interface management.
High level of self-organization, initiative, and a structured way of working.
Proficient user of Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, and Confluence.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (C1/C2).
