DuPont is a leading company focused on empowering the world with essential innovations. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify potential clients, engage with leads, manage CRM systems, and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales pipeline growth through personalized outbound outreach to multiple stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts, in close partnership with field sales
- Achieve or exceed targets for qualified appointments, forecasted deals, and revenue contribution
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to qualify, nurture, and convert leads while providing ongoing feedback on lead quality and customer needs
- Maintain consistent, multi-channel prospect engagement (phone, email, social), keeping accurate and detailed records in Salesforce
- Develop product expertise, participate in sales planning and regional meetings, and continuously identify process improvements to enhance demand generation effectiveness
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
- Takes Initiative – Highly motivated and strongly focused on success through top line growth. Ability to take the lead in understanding the customer needs and translating them into profitable DuPont offerings
- Good Influence/Negotiation Skills – Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with individuals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with customers, team players and other functions as needed. It is important to be able to create and execute sales presentations virtually and in-person

- Planning and organizing – Ability to multi-task and form actionable plans given objectives. Attention to detail and follow-up are a must
- Independent self-starter – Ability to work independently and proactively to maintain existing sales and drive growth

- Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office application
- Position will require ~10% travel
- Prior inside or outside sales experience
- Technical knowledge of DPP Tyvek® Garment product lines
