Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner with experience in Zuora to drive the evolution of their subscription management and commercial software. The role involves managing the transition from Zuora to SAP BRIM and NextGen Subscription Management, focusing on both business strategy and technical integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the enhancement of current Zuora workflows while architecting the migration strategy to SAP BRIM and NextGen platforms
- Act as the functional lead for complex integrations between Salesforce (SFDC), Zuora, and SAP, ensuring seamless lead-to-cash cycles
- Document 'as-is' Zuora processes and 'to-be' BRIM requirements; oversee data mapping and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for the migration
- Manage the backlog for CCM (Customer Care Management) Informatics, prioritizing features that drive revenue and improve the subscriber experience
- Applies advanced wide-ranging experience and professional knowledge to provide solutions in creative and effective ways
- Directs the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas
- Understands the interrelationships of different disciplines
- Works on complex assignments where problem solving requires in-depth evaluation of varying factors and practices/procedures must be determined
- Enhances internal and external working relationships and networks with key contacts outside area of expertise
- Adapts style to differing audiences and frequently advises others on complex matters that relate to the wider business and require persuasion
- May train and mentor junior level staff
Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on experience with Zuora (billing, collections, and subscription lifecycle) is mandatory
- Proven implementation or migration knowledge of SAP BRIM (formerly SAP Hybris Billing)
- Ability to understand API integrations and data schemas (30% technical focus); must be comfortable 'talking shop' with developers
- Experience in the life sciences or SaaS space, specifically commercializing high-compute software like DRAGEN
- Ability to navigate shared responsibilities between Informatics and Corporate Commercial teams
- 8+ years of experience working in a support organization preferably Biotech, Life Sciences, or related industry including corporate and field staff
- Extensive CRM experience, preferably BRIMS and/or Zuora
- Experience working with SAP BRIM modules CC, CI, SOM, or FI CA
- Knowledge with subscription systems
- Understands best-in-class support and best practices
- Experience working with CRM and ERP, preferably SFDC and S4
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to position initiatives, decisions, and outcomes to diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization and effectively balance commercial and operational needs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, embrace change, and innovate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively lead, plan and execute on plans for process improvement
- Hands-on experience with BRIMS, SFDC and/or SAP
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Analyst in SAP billing or financial systems
- 2+ years hands-on experience in SAP BRIM
- JIRA/Confluence knowledge and ServiceNow
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Science or Engineering
