Brainfish is an AI-First SaaS company focused on creating a smart knowledge experience to enhance customer support. They are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage outbound prospecting, build target account lists, and collaborate with team members to shape the go-to-market strategy as the company expands in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting end-to-end — identify, engage, and qualify high-intent prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude/ChatGPT, Amplemarket, Clay and Hubspot
- Build and continuously refine target account lists, personas, and messaging based on frontline results and feedback
- Stay highly organized — track activities, manage pipeline, and build mini-project plans for outreach into new verticals and use cases
- Articulate Brainfish's unique value prop clearly and confidently across written, verbal, and visual formats
- Test, learn, and iterate — bringing ideas back to the team on what's resonating, what's not, and where we should double down
- Have meaningful conversations with smart, curious prospects who are actively seeking better solutions
- Work hand-in-fin with founders, marketing, and product to help shape go-to-market strategy as we scale
