Responsibilities:
- Design and sustain AI-driven test automation frameworks that generate test cases, automation scripts, and test data for thorough validation coverage
- Apply GenAI tools to evaluate test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing quality enhancement
- Model user interactions, stress scenarios, and boundary conditions to detect potential failures before they affect end users
- Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery and minimize defect rates
Requirements:
- AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code manually before leveraging AI tools for verification or refinement, rather than prioritizing AI from the outset, this role is not suitable)
- Minimum of 2 years in a QA automation capacity, with demonstrated experience testing AI-based products
- Proficiency in Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
- Proven professional experience utilizing AI tools to automate quality assurance processes
- Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Background in leading QA testing teams
