Mindlance is a company seeking a highly experienced and proactive Marketing Analyst/Manager to support their global events portfolio. The role involves ownership of social media strategy for large-scale events, focusing on planning, execution, and optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end social strategy for Tier-1 third-party events (pre-, during, and post-event)
- Manage social channels, stakeholder communications, content planning, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with global events teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable social assets and templates
- Advocate for social-first thinking across event planning cycles and influence content storytelling
- Partner with marketing, brand, PR, content, paid media, and communications teams to ensure alignment and amplification
- Support social listening, moderation, employee advocacy, and regional editorial planning
- Assist in managing broader Tier-1 event portfolios during peak event periods to ensure continuity and coverage
- Provide flexible support to the social strategy team outside peak event cycles
- Collaborate with internal strategists on various initiatives and campaigns
- Contribute to team-wide priorities, standardize best practices, and improve program consistency
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience in social media, preferably with B2B event marketing exposure
- Proven ability to independently manage complex workstreams with minimal supervision
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience supporting global or large-scale event portfolios
- Exposure to employee advocacy programs and social listening tools
- Experience collaborating with agencies and external partners
- Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels
