Crossover is an innovative EdTech company focused on transforming educational content through AI technology. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will architect AI-powered workflows and develop contextual knowledge frameworks to create personalized educational experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from subject matter experts and end users
• Developing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized domain experts to create and sustain documents that capture organizational knowledge and distinctive insights
• Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable
• Enable LearnWith.AI to stand apart from competitors by producing engaging, personalized educational content through AI-powered tools

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience working as a software engineer
• Proven professional experience integrating LLMs into a software product (building a chatbot or using basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
• Clear, demonstrable interest in EdTech
