Project Manager

Mesh is a company focused on enabling consumers to transact with tokenized assets and is currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex customer integrations. The role involves maintaining operational clarity, coordinating project milestones, and optimizing workflows to ensure timely delivery of solutions for strategic clients.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the Log: You are the ultimate owner of the deployment timeline. You maintain absolute clarity on every internal and external dependency, holding both Mesh and the client’s teams accountable to the schedule
• Enable Engineering Velocity: You act as the translation layer between project milestones and engineering execution. You take the solutions designed by our Product team and turn them into precise, highly organized tickets, ensuring our developers have exactly what they need to build without distraction
• Coordinate the Pod: You work in lockstep with the Strategic Account Manager and Product Manager. While they figure out what to build and who to influence, you ensure the actual work gets sequenced, assigned, and delivered on time
• High Leverage & Automation: You ruthlessly optimize and automate your own operational workflows. You utilize modern tools (AI, Zapier, scripts, advanced Jira automations) to scale your output, minimizing manual administrative work so you can focus on proactively unblocking the team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, fintech, or technical software startup, including experience working with enterprise clients
• Entrepreneurial Drive: You are a self-starter with a demonstrated history of taking initiative. You thrive in ambiguity and take absolute ownership of your outcomes
• Relentless Organization: You are a force of operational nature. You obsess over the details, sweat the edge cases, and ensure absolutely nothing slips through the cracks
• Execution Focus: You take pride in driving a project to completion. You are comfortable running stand-ups, managing Jira boards, and holding cross-functional peers accountable to their deadlines
• Technical Literacy: While you do not need to write code or architect systems, you are highly comfortable working in a technical, API-first environment and can translate project phases into actionable engineering tasks
