Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions
• Conducts detailed analysis of business processes and requirements
• Documents and communicate requirements to development teams
• Supports the product owner in refining user stories and acceptance criteria
• Focuses on detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements, often aiding both product owners and DT in understanding and translating business needs
• Tactical Support For Oracle CPQ Including
• Attending daily calls to groom and clarify requirements, monitor progress, and drive DT results
• Filtering Aha suggestions and conducting intake calls to refine requirements
• Writing business requirements from Aha for CPQ development
• Answering Questions From DT About Requirements In Development
• Testing enhancements to ensure they meet BRDs and user story needs
• Drafting release notes o Verifying that releases to production are complete and correct
• Participation in the pilot project to implement CSS Quoting Process 2.0
• Drive enhancements to the Aspose Proposal Generation Tool

Requirements:

• Hands-on Oracle CPQ experience (not just exposure)
• Experience Writing Business Requirements And User Stories
• Comfort supporting Agile / product teams
• Experience testing and validating enterprise system enhancements
• Confidence acting as a single point of clarity for requirements
