Useabot is a specialized robotics distributor focused on making automation accessible for businesses. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to support outbound prospecting, lead generation, and early-stage sales engagement, managing their own schedule while working towards performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, email, local visits, and networking)
- Identify and engage decision-makers across target industries such as restaurants, healthcare facilities, hotels, and retail environments
- Qualify leads based on Useabot’s target customer profile and operational fit
- Clearly communicate the value of robotics solutions, including labor optimization and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, notes, and pipeline data within CRM (Pipedrive)
- Manage follow-ups and nurture early-stage opportunities through consistent outreach
- Collaborate with internal team members to transition qualified opportunities or support deal progression
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on market feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with business owners and operators
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar) is a plus
- Experience selling technology, automation, or robotics solutions is a plus but not required
- Experience working with resellers, distributors, or channel sales is a bonus
