Finance Manager

CrewAI is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of their financial processes. The ideal candidate will have startup experience and will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting process, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Partner with leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Improve and implement financial processes, systems, and controls
• Support audits, tax filings, and external reporting as needed
