Finance Manager

CrewAI is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of financial processes. This role involves managing the full-cycle accounting process and supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Partner with leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Improve and implement financial processes, systems, and controls
• Support audits, tax filings, and external reporting as needed
