Senior Full-Stack Engineer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) - $100,000/year USD

Crossover is an edtech startup that leverages AI and subject matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning. The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for architecting and building mission-critical features, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring the product's scalability and stability over time.

Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Architecting and building new capabilities with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with product leadership to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure alignment with product objectives
• Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing product health, optimizing performance, and taking proactive measures to identify and address potential issues
• Technical Design: Executing high-stakes technical decisions that directly influence user experience and product growth

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of full-stack development experience, working on front and backend features
• At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions
• At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects
• Experience in using generative AI in your day-to-day development work
