IBM Software is transforming client challenges into solutions with AI-powered, cloud-native products. The Customer Success Engineer will support U.S. Federal Government clients by designing and delivering client solutions using IBM's data and AI products, while driving adoption and expansion through collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver viable client solutions by leveraging IBM’s data products and AI products
- Remove technical inhibitors to opportunity progression
- Create credible technical proof points through demonstrations, workshops, POTs/POCs, solution design, MVPs, and deployment roadmaps
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to drive adoption and expansion by activating entitlements, identifying sponsors, leading use-case workshops, and establishing measurable business outcomes
- Support customer briefings and contribute to solicitation responses (RFIs/RFPs) with clear, compelling technical input that differentiates IBM’s capabilities
