Intellibus Consulting is a boutique IT consulting services firm specializing in AI & data-driven transformations for leading companies looking to build Intelligent Business Platforms. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the growth of their Microsoft and GitHub solutions business by developing strategic partnerships and closing enterprise deals.
Responsibilities:
- Build, onboard, and manage relationships with Microsoft, GitHub, and key partner networks (CSPs, SIs, resellers)
- Collaborate on joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, enablement sessions, and business growth planning
- Ensure compliance with GitHub Partner Program (GHPP) standards, including certifications and reporting
- Achieve sales targets for GitHub Enterprise, Copilot, Azure-based, and Engineering Excellence solutions
- Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft and GitHub field teams to close joint opportunities
- Manage deal registrations and pipeline tracking via the GitHub Partner Portal
- Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel and consistently drive new business opportunities
- Enable partners on AI, DevOps, and security practices within the Microsoft and GitHub ecosystems
- Advocate for Intellibus’ technical solutions and establish our credibility as a strategic engineering partner
- Educate partners and clients on the value of Engineering Excellence and AI-powered platforms
- Ensure adherence to GHPP and Microsoft Solutions Partner program requirements
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, deal registration, and progress tracking
Requirements:
- Drive the growth of Intellibus' Microsoft and GitHub solutions business by developing strategic partnerships, executing co-sell motions, and closing enterprise deals
- Own relationships with Microsoft and GitHub channel teams, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and contribute to both partner enablement and direct sales execution
- Build, onboard, and manage relationships with Microsoft, GitHub, and key partner networks (CSPs, SIs, resellers)

- Exceptional deck/slide creation skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint) for client deliverables
- Strong technical writing ability to produce structured, professional documentation
- Experience managing large fintech programs under tight timelines
- 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, channel alliances, or solution selling
- Proven success selling Microsoft-based solutions, Azure services, Copilot, or AI-driven tools
- Strong understanding of Microsoft partner programs, co-sell processes, and GitHub Partner Portal
- Excellent communication and executive relationship management skills; able to work with CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders
- Ideally, a background from Microsoft or a Microsoft partner organization transitioning into solution sales or consulting
