The Business Intelligence Analyst II will engage in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support strategic decision-making, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to provide actionable insights and improve overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts comprehensive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data from diverse internal and external sources, contributing significantly to strategic business decisions
- Demonstrates proficiency in crafting and executing complex data queries, presenting findings through detailed reports tailored to stakeholders' needs
- Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to generate dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights, pinpointing trends and anomalies with precision
- Engages closely with users and decision-makers to pinpoint optimal data sources, necessary data elements, and robust validation standards
- Leads collaborative efforts with development teams to conceptualize and implement sophisticated business intelligence solutions, streamlining data management processes
- Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
- Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization
- Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals
- Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
- Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
- Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
- Individual contributor working with limited oversight
