Business Intelligence Analyst II

The Business Intelligence Analyst II will engage in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support strategic decision-making, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to provide actionable insights and improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts comprehensive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data from diverse internal and external sources, contributing significantly to strategic business decisions
• Demonstrates proficiency in crafting and executing complex data queries, presenting findings through detailed reports tailored to stakeholders' needs
• Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to generate dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights, pinpointing trends and anomalies with precision
• Engages closely with users and decision-makers to pinpoint optimal data sources, necessary data elements, and robust validation standards
• Leads collaborative efforts with development teams to conceptualize and implement sophisticated business intelligence solutions, streamlining data management processes
• Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
• Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization
• Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals
• Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
• Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
• Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
• Individual contributor working with limited oversight
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Responsible for utilizing strategies and technology to analyze current and historical data with the objective of improving decision-making and providing a competitive advantage for the organization
