Akkodis is seeking a Business Development Manager for a contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, engaging with stakeholders, and leading revenue acceleration initiatives related to Learning Credits.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead business growth by driving the redemption of Learning Credits (LC) and ensuring their effective utilization and adoption, leading to seamless renewals
- Engage with key stakeholders—including leadership, sellers, SEs, and cross-functional operational leaders—to identify strategic alignment and develop joint, differentiated business propositions
- Lead revenue acceleration initiatives through the Learning Credit sales strategy, while fostering demand for the company’s solutions and architectures in collaboration with direct sales teams, business units, and partner organizations
- Collaborate with company and partner senior executives to ensure alignment and mutual success
- Educate stakeholders and partners on the value of the company’s learning programs and demonstrate their impact on customer success
- Drive revenue acceleration for Learning Credits
- Provide accurate forecasting for your assigned Learn with the company business segment
- Offer bi-directional feedback to the Learn with the company Product Management team to help influence new offerings and product enhancements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience with the company's learning portfolio or a comparable enterprise learning portfolio
- Strong executive presence with the ability to gain credibility with senior leaders
- Proven ability to achieve results through influence while focusing on critical priorities
- Skilled in engaging stakeholders to drive desired business outcomes
- Ability to develop and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and communication skills
