360 Direct Access collaborates with global organizations to enhance customer experiences for Deaf and hard of hearing communities. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and develop strategies to expand the client base.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Strong business acumen, including expertise in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Proficient in leveraging CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant professional experience may substitute for educational qualification
- Familiarity with Accessibility Solutions and/or working with diverse communities is a plus
