Business Analyst (Systems & Process Improvement)

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Business Analyst to support a system transformation project focused on improving workflows, data management, and reporting. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration
• Analyze current processes and perform gap analysis to define future-state solutions
• Create clear, structured documentation (requirements, workflows, data mappings)
• Partner with technical teams to support system design, development, and implementation
• Support testing efforts, including test planning, test cases, and validation (UAT)
• Assist with reporting and data requirements, including dashboards and KPIs
• Track requirements, changes, and updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project leadership
• Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment between business and technical teams

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong Experience With Requirements Gathering, Documentation, And Validation
• Experience performing gap analysis and process mapping
• Experience supporting testing efforts (UAT, test planning, execution)
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with reporting tools like Power BI preferred
• Experience with workflow/process tools (e.g., PowerAutomate or similar)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience Working In Government Or Highly Regulated Environments Preferred
