Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Business Analyst to support a system transformation project focused on improving workflows, data management, and reporting. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration
- Analyze current processes and perform gap analysis to define future-state solutions
- Create clear, structured documentation (requirements, workflows, data mappings)
- Partner with technical teams to support system design, development, and implementation
- Support testing efforts, including test planning, test cases, and validation (UAT)
- Assist with reporting and data requirements, including dashboards and KPIs
- Track requirements, changes, and updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project leadership
- Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong Experience With Requirements Gathering, Documentation, And Validation
- Experience performing gap analysis and process mapping
- Experience supporting testing efforts (UAT, test planning, execution)
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Excel; experience with reporting tools like Power BI preferred
- Experience with workflow/process tools (e.g., PowerAutomate or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience Working In Government Or Highly Regulated Environments Preferred
