Responsibilities:
- Own creative strategy for paid social video ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube—focused on CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Develop ad concepts from scratch: hooks, angles, narratives, and formats built for rapid testing and iteration
- Write platform-native scripts that feel conversational and built for the scroll—not the boardroom
- Manage and mentor a small, high-output creative team—setting the bar for quality, speed, and ambition
- Be the creative face of Creatify to key clients: present strategies, pitch concepts, and build trust as a strategic partner
- Design AI-powered workflows that supercharge production speed, creative variation, and testing cycles
- Build repeatable creative frameworks and playbooks that enable the team to produce ads at scale
