Mishimoto is a leading brand in performance cooling products for automotive enthusiasts. The Business Development Manager will represent the brand, build long-term customer partnerships, and grow B2B sales within an assigned territory through customer engagement and industry networking.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect leads and grows sales with current and prospective accounts within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with B2B customers
- Conduct in-person visits to potential and existing customers to present our product line, share brand knowledge, and demonstrate value
- Negotiate contracts, sales terms, and agreements on alignment with company guidelines
- Work with internal sales to establish new accounts and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers
- Provide ongoing education, training, and support to customers on promotions and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account details in CRM or reporting tools
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree OR 5 + years of sales experience in a relevant industry
- Proven track record in B2B outside sales, account management, or territory sales
- Experience in the auto industry and knowledge of aftermarket auto products is a must
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Bilingual- Spanish
- Located within one hour of a major metropolitan airport
