Detailed Project Tasks:
Resource to function in both an architectural advisory capacity and provide advanced operational support.
The resource is expected to bring strong technical perspective, offer strategic guidance aligned with the Customer's Nutanix direction with Dell, and support critical Day 2 activities as needed.
Proactively monitor PowerFlex infrastructure to maintain system health, performance, and availability.
Support PowerFlex Manager operations, workflows, and configuration management.
Troubleshoot and remediate infrastructure issues; provide performance optimization recommendations.
Provide guidance on replication, backup, and recovery best practices.
Support lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, firmware updates, and infrastructure expansion
