UiPath RPA Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a UiPath RPA Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in automation development, solution design, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end RPA implementations, build scalable automation solutions, and contribute to GenAI-enabled intelligent automation initiatives.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, solution architecture, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Design & Leadership

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath
• Perform solution design reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and business stakeholders for solution alignment
• Provide effort estimation, feasibility analysis, and technical guidance

Development & Implementation

• Develop automation workflows using:
• UiPath Studio
• UiPath Orchestrator (Cloud & On-Prem)
• RE Framework (Robotic Enterprise Framework)
• Build reusable components, libraries, and automation accelerators
• Implement advanced RPA features:
• Queues, Triggers, Assets
• Exception handling, retry mechanisms
• Storage buckets, modern design

Testing & Deployment

• Create and execute unit, integration, and system test cases
• Support SIT and UAT execution, including business user coordination
• Deploy and monitor bots via UiPath Orchestrator
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize bot performance

Intelligent Automation & GenAI

• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows (OCR, NLP, Document Understanding)
• Contribute to GenAI-driven use cases (LLM-based automation, intelligent workflows)
• Build POCs (Proof of Concept) and demonstrate automation value

Process Assessment & Value Creation

• Identify automation opportunities across business processes
• Work with stakeholders to perform RPA opportunity analysis
• Develop business case and ROI justification for automation initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and RE Framework
• Deep understanding of:
• RPA lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies
• Queues, triggers, assets, exception handling
• Experience in solution design, code reviews, and technical leadership
• Programming knowledge in:
• .NET / C# / VB / Java
• Strong experience with SQL (queries, DML operations)
• Experience with testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment support
