Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core HCM modules, payroll, time management, and integration with other SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Implement end-to-end HCM solutions including payroll processing, benefits, and employee lifecycle management
- Develop and customize reports using ABAP/HR ABAP (Infotypes, Logical Databases, ALV reports)
- Handle schema and PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) changes in payroll
- Support integration with SAP modules like FI, CO, and SuccessFactors
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM/HR module
- Strong knowledge of PA, OM, TM, and Payroll
- Experience with HR ABAP, reports, enhancements, BADIs, and user exits
- Hands-on experience with payroll schemas and time evaluation
- Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO and third-party systems
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP HCM Certification
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 for HR applications
- Knowledge of S/4HANA HCM compatibility packs or migration
- Exposure to cloud HR solutions like SuccessFactors
