As a Product Marketing Manager, you will position and differentiate Energage's offerings in the market, create go-to-market materials, and collaborate with various teams to support product adoption and retention initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Steward product positioning, messaging, and narratives
- Create materials to support go-to-market strategy and launch planning
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research
- Enable the sales organization with materials and training
- Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap and insights
- Support product adoption and retention initiatives
- Measure launch and campaign performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in product marketing or product management in a B2B company, preferably software
- Ability to understand a market landscape
- An understanding of what product positioning is and why it is important
- Willingness and desire to engage directly with customers and prospects
- Demonstrated passion for/interest in adopting AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- HR Tech experience
- Adobe suite or Canva experience
- Familiarity with Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting
