Dayforce is a global human capital management company dedicated to improving work life for employees and customers. The Product Manager for Global Pay will lead product initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure product solutions meet user needs and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive forward global payroll initiatives with passion and clarity, with a focus on US compliance
- Serve as the voice of the user in all product decisions, ensuring solutions meet local and global needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to bring features to life
- Engage directly with customers and end users to define product vision and gather feedback
- Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, customer needs, and regional requirements
- Define and track success metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement
- Influence executive stakeholders and facilitate alignment across global teams
- Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and regional enablement
- Bring a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and accountability to drive initiatives from concept to delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, ideally in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Payroll systems
- Proven ability to navigate complex problems, evaluate competing needs, and develop actionable, data-informed recommendations
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of defining and delivering product roadmaps in cross-functional environments
- Experience conducting user research, competitive analysis, and identifying market opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both customers and executive stakeholders
